Sofia is a dedicated illustrator from Turin, Italy. The opportunity to live in different countries around the world from a young age – like the US, the UK, China, and Japan – allowed her to absorb diverse artistic and cultural influences, which has shaped her vibrant and quirky style. Sofia holds a BA in Art History and an MA in Arts Management. Her formal education, complemented by self-guided learning, has shaped her artistic voice. Inspired by vintage children's book illustrations, Sofia brings joy to her artwork through the use of colour, shape, and pattern. Her favourite tool, Adobe Fresco, allows her to seamlessly blend vector and raster brushes, allowing unparalleled creative freedom. She enjoys taking on projects that involve illustrations for kids, such as board books, creative kits, packaging, toys and more.
