Harvard Public Health Magazine works with Esther Lalanne

Following on from Noah’s contribution to Harvard Public Health magazine, we received another commission from the senior designer; Mary Delaware, but this time she wanted to work with Esther Lalanne for an upcoming article for their digital platform.

The piece is on the lack of period and menstruation supplies for populations within the U.S., with an emphasis on impoverished, rural, and Indigenous communities.

Their journalism explores bold approaches to public health, with a rigorous focus on what works, what doesn’t, and why. They support public health leaders, policy makers, advocates, and researchers in improving lives, erasing inequities, and driving societal change. Harvard Public Health magazine updates regularly on the web and in print three times a year.

Esther Lalanne is a French illustrator and art director currently living in Berlin after 5 years in London. Her illustrations are mainly focused on women’s rights, inclusivity, sexuality, mental health and relationships.
