Betsy Falco trys her hand at scrollmation for Adweek
When September Broadhead, the Lead Designer of Branded Content at Adweek (a data driven publication) got in touch with a new inquiry for Betsy Falco, we really didn’t expect/ realise where this might lead, but we love the final results!
So Betsy created artwork for a sponsored immersive story for one of their clients which ran on the Adweek website.
Essentially, they were inspired by cards like Magic the Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon, etc to create an immersive experience.
They needed to create 3 playing cards (and more) that move - utilizing scrollmation (which is essentially layered jpegs that move as you scroll).
