Madison is a self-taught artist living in Nashville, USA. Her artistic curiosity set in at a young age as she ventured from detailed still-life drawings, to precise calligraphy, to expressive hand embroidery. Informed by each step of her creative journey, Madison specializes in creating imaginative artworks for many industries, from children’s books to editorial publications. She enjoys gathering inspiration from the paintings of her favorite artist, David Hockney, and the animations of Disney and Studio Ghibli. Their influence can be found in the vibrant colors, friendly characters, and dreamy lighting in her work. When she isn’t illustrating, you can find her drinking coffee, walking around Centennial Park, or hanging out with her husband and gorgeous gray cat, Mona.
