Born in Liverpool during the last century and growing up in the wilds of Cheshire, England. I moved to Bristol in the early 90s for a degree in illustration. Earliest influences ranged from comics to ‘Beatle’ album covers and Liverpool FC. Working mainly digitally with old collaged images and graphic shapes, I would describe my work as retro modernist with influences ranging from Jazz music to modernist abstract designs. Having run my own greeting card company for some time I much prefered the design side to business. Now I divide my time between freelance and a busy family life. I don’t know Banksy!
